GÎTE sanglier
Gite Sanglier with it’s high ceilings showcases the history of its previous life where original round windows and original oak beams provide a feeling of space and luxury. The gite sleeps 6 adults in two double rooms, one with en suite; and a twin room. High quality bed linen and towels are provided. With an open plan layout, contemporary kitchen, lounge and dining space, the gite is furnished with stylish modern furniture and fitted throughout with travertine marble and is complete with TV and high speed WiFi. The living space leads seamlessly through pocket doors onto a private balcony terrace complete with BBQ, with beautiful views over the Foret de La Double, the pool and gardens.
The gite is situated on the first floor of the barn so guests will need to be able to climb stairs. The gite has a wet room style family and en suite bathroom and the doorways measure 70cm.
Kitchen - contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with all equipment required for the holiday chef, fine bone china and quality cutlery. There is a coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine.
Living Room - comfortable sofas, Bluetooth speaker, coffee table and books for the relaxing moments.
Dining Area - a table and 6 chairs for indoor dining.
Bedroom 1 - High ceilings and a large window make this room a beautiful space to sleep. Fitted with luxurious hand forged iron four poster bed with crisp white linen, a large chest of drawers and a hanging unit. It has an ensuite bedroom, fully tiled with travetine marble. The french windows open onto the balcony and welcome the rising sun. There is a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 - High ceilings and a large window make this room a beautiful space to sleep. Fitted with luxurious hand forged iron four poster bed with crisp white linen, a large chest of drawers and a hanging unit. There is a full length mirror and hairdryer.
Bedroom 3 - fitted with two hand forged iron single beds with crisp white linen, and a hanging unit.
Family Bathroom - this is an elegant space tiled from floor to ceiling with travertine marble and fitted with contemporary white ware. There is a free standing bath large enough for two and a beautiful walk in shower.
Outdoor Living - the indoor living space moves smoothly outside through the pocket doors to a balcony overlooking the pool, guest garden and our wild meadow field. The view from this space is beautiful in the early morning with the sun rising over the fields and forest. The space is also perfect for that glass of something sparkling in the evening. There is a dining table with seating for six, as well as comfortable seating for relaxing during the day. There is a BBQ with a supply of local wood.
All linen and towels are provided.
