Gite Cerf hints at its previous life with original oak beams and has an upcycling vibe with many of the items having been given a new lease of life with fresh fabrics and fresh paint. The gite sleeps 6 adults in two double rooms, one with en suite; and a twin room. High quality bedlinen and towels are provided. With an open plan layout, contemporary kitchen, lounge and dining space, the gite is furnished with stylish modern furniture and is complete with TV and high speed WiFi. The gite is fitted throughout with travertine marble which extends into the terrace dining and seating area. The private terrace is complete with BBQ and overlooks the pool and gardens.
This gite would perfectly suit a guest who has limited mobility but is able to walk on a level surface. The doorways measure 70cm, there is a wet room style bathroom and seemless access to the gite from the parking area.
Kitchen - The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with all equipment required for the holiday chef, fine bone china and quality cutlery. There is a coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine.
Living Room - Fitted with comfortable sofas, Bluetooth speaker, TV and DVD player, family games, coffee table and books for those relaxing moments. The walls display contemporary pop art.
Dining Area - A large family table and 6 chairs for indoor dining.
Bedroom 1 - Ceilings that reveal a little of it's previous life and a large window make this room a beautiful space to sleep. Fitted with a luxurious king size hand forged iron four poster bed with crisp white linen, a large chest of drawers and a hanging unit. It has an ensuite bathroom, fully tiled with travertine marble. The french windows open onto the balcony so you can welcome the rising sun. There is a full length mirror and hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 - The large space make this room a beautiful room to sleep. Fitted with luxurious hand forged iron king size four poster bed with crisp white linen, a large chest of drawers and a hanging unit. There is a hairdryer.
Bedroom 3 - This smaller room is fitted with two hand forged iron single beds with crisp white linen, and a hanging unit.
Family Bathroom - this is an elegant space tiled from floor to ceiling with travertine marble and fitted with contemporary white ware. There is a free standing bath large enough for two and a beautiful walk in shower.
Outdoor Living - the indoor living space moves smoothly outside through the pocket doors to a private terrace overlooking the pool, guest garden and our wild meadow field. The view from this space is beautiful in the early morning with the sun rising over the fields and forest. The space is also perfect for that glass of something sparkling in the evening. There is a dining table with seating for six, as well as low level seating for relaxing during the day. There is also a BBQ and a supply of local wood.
All linen and towels are provided.
